Ingredients:
500g Atholl Glens Organic Steak Mince
1 Onion grated or finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Seasoning
Olive Oil for basting
115g mozzarella cheese (optional)
Method:
Evenly combine in a large mixing bowl the mince, grated onion, parsley and seasoning.
Divide the mixture into equal pieces, shape and press into rounds.
If using the cheese make the rounds thinner and sandwich the cheese between two rounds, ensuring the edges are well sealed.
Brush the burgers with a little olive oil and cook for 12-15 minutes turning once.
Serve in a roll with salad or with vegetables and potatoes.
As an alternative,
you may use Lamb Mince, but add 1 teaspoon of Ground Cumin and cook for approx 7 minutes on each side.
