Ingredients (serves 2-3)
500g Atholl Glens Organic Stewing Steak
225 g onion peeled and sliced
225g mushrooms sliced
Salt and Pepper
1/2 teaspoon powered mustard
Cooking Oil
Water
Heat small amount of cooking oil in a heavy based saucepan or oven-proof casserole, brown the stewing. steak, a few pieces at a time.
Stir in the sliced onion and mushrooms.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
Add seasoning and water.
Reduce heat and cover with a lid and stew for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Thicken if desired.
Serve with green vegetables and potatoes.
