Leg steaks are taken from the gigot ideal for grilling or barbecueing.
Cooking Suggestions:
Baste the steaks with butter, oil or a marinade - this will keep the meat moist and succulent during cooking. Only turn the meat once, this will produce juicier results. Allow 4 - 6 minutes for each side.
