Atholl Glens is pleased to announce the launch of its new mutton boxes, available now.

Mutton, once the staple meat of the British diet, fell out of favour as lamb increased in popularity and took over the market. Now, mutton is set to make a comeback thanks to the backing of Prince Charles and celebrity chefs Gordon Ramsay and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
