Nothing tastes like beef from cattle that have been reared by organic farming methods. The farmers who form the small co-operative have been farming the same land for generations. They really care about the welfare of their animals and understand the benefits of organic farming methods. The cattle are allowed to graze freely in a virtually wild setting on the Atholl Estates in beautiful Highland Perthshire and enjoy a stress-free life. The result is delicious tender meat that has been hung on the bone for at least three weeks. Natural goodness in every bite.
