Shoulder Noisettes (approx 500g)

These miniature cuts of lamb are simply full of flavour.

Cut from the neck they are ideal for slow cooking.

 

Cooking Suggestions:

Place noisettes on a roasting tray with plenty of your favourite vegetables. Add a little oil, season and cover with foil. Place low in the oven and cook for at least 1 1/2 hours at gas mark 5, 190°C.

 

The fat from the lamb will flavour the vegetables and the lamb will be tender and succulent.
