The Atholl region is a very special part of the world. The scenery is breathtaking and nature blossoms in an environment little changed for centuries.

The standard of our countryside is, in fact, so valuable that it forms one of the largest Special Protection Areas in the United Kingdom - an accolade for its continuing high level of land management.

It therefore seems only natural that our farmers want to live up to the standards of their surroundings by producing beef and lamb that is not only organic but consistently excellent in every other way.

A centrally co-ordinated and rigorously managed producer group provides the vehicle for delivering this product to customers who are wanting authentically prime organic beef and lamb from an authentically well managed environment.
