Packaging
In accordance with best practice, all our products are vacuum packed in strong, attractive wrapping immediately after being cut to enhance their storage and to make them more easily handled.
All our products are then frozen by a blast of extremely cold air, far faster than by conventional means and this further seals in the freshness and locks in the juices so the product stays moist and tasty when cooked.
We offer to sell frozen rather than fresh for these reasons but also because it's safer and generally more convenient for our customers. Your package will leave our premises in a specially insulated box nearly twice as cold as the temperature of your home freezer and will arrive at your door still frozen solid and ready to deep freeze. When you want to consume, simply remove the cuts to your refrigerator and allow to thaw in its packaging.
Delivery
In keeping with our values we use a reusable system. Inside your box will be a large postage-paid bag. Simply return the grey-coloured packaging to us so we can re-use it.
Delivery terms are:
- All orders are subject to a £7 delivery charge (except Glen Bruar which is delivered free of charge).
- Deliveries are made by courier on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- A signature is required on receipt - when placing your order, please feel free to request delivery to your work address or to a neighbour's house if you will be unavailable to take delivery at home.
- Delivery to mainland Britain only. We cannot arrange international sales.
- Orders can be made easily via our online shop - simply use the green menu tabs on the left hand side of this page to find your way around the shop. When you find the product you require, select the right quantity then click the Add button to add it to your shopping basket. Then either select Continue Shopping to buy more products, or View Basket to review your order and head to the Checkout, where you can enter your payment and delivery details.

Loyalty Scheme
The team here at Atholl Glens are proud to have many regular customers who return again and again for more of our delicious meat. In order to reward regular customers, we offer a Loyalty Scheme.
Returning customers will receive free delivery when they re-order (minimum order value £50) within three months, saving £7. Order quarterly and you could save £28 per year, whilst enjoying tasty beef, lamb and mutton delivered to your door!
When you place a qualifying order, you will receive a flyer in your delivery containing a code. Simply enter the code at our online checkout (or quote when ordering by phone or mail) when you place your next qualifying order to receive it delivered free. There is no limit to the number of times you can save each year, as long as you reach the minimum order value of £50, so if you wish to order every week or month rather than every quarter feel free to carry on saving!
